Chen Zhang

Chen Zhang is a software developer at the Hydrographic Systems and Technology Branch, NOAA Office of Coast Survey. Before OCS he was a software program analyst in NESDIS, NOAA. He has an M.S. in Physical Oceanography from the Institute of Oceanology Chinese Academy of Sciences, and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is interested in software development for ocean mapping, ocean modeling, data processing, machine learning.
