CCOM Ph.D. student Annie Hartwell was there when the first octopus nursery was observed in the waters off of Costa Rica about 10 years ago. Annie's fascination with these nurseries hasn't waned and now she's able to use her work with ocean robotics to further investigations of these phenomena.
